You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the consequences of any customer support tickets or other support conducted using our services. WStein Group shall not be held liable for any issues arising with your customers.

9.1 Client's Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in materials, data, and information provided by you to us remain your property.
9.2 Service Outputs
During the term of our partnership, we will administer the systems and infrastructure we build for you. Upon termination of our partnership, full ownership and control of these systems, including all relevant materials and documents, will be transferred to you.
9.3 WStein Group's Intellectual Property
We retain all intellectual property rights in our methodologies, processes, and know-how used in the provision of our services.

WStein Group complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We expect our clients to do the same in their use of our services within the EU.

11.1 Term
The term of our services will be as specified in your individual service agreement.

Either party may terminate the service agreement as per the conditions specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination:
a) You will pay all outstanding bills
b) We will transfer ownership and control of all relevant systems, materials, and documents created for you during our partnership
c) We will assist in the orderly transition of services to you or a third party designated by you

We may use various third-party tools and services in the provision of our services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that your information and data may be processed by these third-party tools as necessary for service delivery.
